There was a Super market set up by grade 1 geckos as their SA on the topic ‘Money”. They got the different items from home such as fruits, vegetables, biscuits, chips, chocolates, wafers, stationery, toiletries, etc. and set up various stalls with price tags. The higher-grade students were invited for the event wherein they came and purchased the different items. Geckos had to check whether the customers were paying the correct amount of money for the items purchased. Also, they had to check the MRP on some packs and tell the price of the product. Geckos had good learning experience about the real money transactions. They had lot of fun during the activity and learnt a lot about from the event.
