Our geckos are engaged in their unit of inquiry, ‘Relationship’ with enthusiasm. They had a show and tell on the topic, where geckos brought a photo/ drawing of their favourite relationship and spoke about it. They identified the importance of relationship, shared their knowledge with regard to the unit of inquiry ‘relationship’, and explained about their favourite relationship. While explaining they stated why is it their favourite and how they are contributing to make it a healthy relationship. They discussed about attributes required for maintaining that relationship. Our geckos learnt to be open-minded and tolerant towards different types of relationships. This helped in developing their listening and thinking skills through observation.
Show and tell was a great event into the respective classes as geckoes were excited to participate and to speak about their favourite relationship and were very expressive.
Learning Outcome: Learners explained the importance of their favourite relationship.
