The Gaudium School’s Rewards and Recognition Ceremony is a yearly tradition, dedicated to honoring the diligent efforts and accomplishments of our esteemed staff members. This event serves as a powerful testament to the significance of unity, which stands as a cornerstone within one of the school’s core pillars, ‘Stakeholder Engagement’.

Our CEO, Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy Sir, shared inspiring words, setting the tone for the day. Awards and certificates were distributed to recognize the exceptional contributions of our team. In addition, it is important to note that the Rewards and Recognition were not limited to just our teaching staff but also extended our appreciation to the ancillary staff and Security staff who play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the school. Their commitment and dedication are invaluable to us, and they too received recognition for their hard work and dedication.

Our Celebration continued by extending our gratitude towards our rich cultural heritage with a special display of flowers to mark Bathukamma’s festivities, followed by a lively Garba dance celebration!
