The IC3 is a volunteer-based organization, and is renowned for its systems-based solution approach. Through their expertise, they train human resources in career and college counseling and provide access to a repository of remote training, mentoring, and professional development resources. Additionally, the IC3 Institute serves as a think tank and thought leader in the field of global higher education and career readiness, fostering expert collaborations and conducting timely research.

Mr. Ganesh Kohli, the founder of IC3, spoke about  finding a purpose as educators and students. Through the career and college counseling laboratory, the program explored how each stakeholder might find purpose in school. The session’s outcomes included school connections, removing boredom from schools, addressing discipline and attention span issues, finding a job and college, selecting school activities, and so on.
