Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint is designed to assess learners at the end of the Cambridge Lower Secondary programme (i.e. at the end of Grade 8).

It enables schools to obtain an international benchmark of learner performance to identify and address learning needs. It is a diagnostic test to inform us about the various skill levels in English, Mathematics, and Science.

It helps the learners by:

  1. Developing their global outlook and equipping them for success in the modern world
  2. Preparing them for IGCSE and higher studies.
