Annual Day is one of the most significant day for all the stakeholders in any organization. It is a day which everyone awaits with utmost anticipation and excitement. It is an occasion that spreads joy and serves as a platform for students to exhibit their unique talents and build their confidence. This day kindles the spirit of togetherness.
We celebrated our Early Years Annual Day with great enthusiasm on the virtual platform.
The hosting and the story narration was done by our PP2 students. Our event began with the invocation dance by Deeksha P of Grade 5. The Annual Report was presented by our Principal, Ms. Anjalika Sharma who highlighted how we prepared ourselves during the challenging times and ensured the continuation of learning through the virtual platform. She also shared about our school’s achievements and all the initiatives that were taken under each developmental pillar of our school.
Our Annual Production included a spectacular display of a range of performances that included the drama, songs, and dances. The drama was centred around celebrating uniqueness and highlighting the importance of harmony and being together, through ‘Story of The Seasons’. It included vibrant dance performances by our tiny tots of Nursery, PP1 and PP2 based on seasons. The choir group included our Grade PP2 students who supported the story with season based melodious songs. The narration came to an end with the finale dance exhibiting the joy of being together. The event concluded with the vote of thanks followed by the school song and the national anthem.
The experience was unique in terms of convening our Annual Production on the online platform and rejoicing in the accomplishment of the event despite all the challenges. The efforts of all the students, mentoring by the facilitators and immense support by our parents resulted in the success of our Annual Production for Early Years. The outcome was fruitful, gratifying and rewarding.
